Trade School Dudley class teachers
Cath has been a dressmaker / crafter for over 40 years and still loves it. She gets excited at trying new ideas and says conversations with people are where she gets her best ideas. Kath runs Tandem Crafts at the Red House Glass Cone with her sister Ann. It is a new venture for them both, having opened in August 2016. They are loving every minute of it! Kath has offered a Trade School Dudley class during Do Fest in which she will show learners how to write, draw or colour with a sewing machine. Her Free Motion Machine Embroidery class is 10.00am-11.00am on Tuesday 14 March.
Siobhan grew up in Sedgley, and now lives in Dudley now. She is a sci-fi geek and enjoys a pot of tea in gather, which is where she first heard about Trade School Dudley. Siobhan started learning British Sign Language a couple of years ago because she was curious about it, and she has offered to share some of the basics with others who are curious, through a Trade School Dudley class. An Introduction to Sign Language class is 4.00pm-5.30pm on Tuesday 14 March.
Esma is a Turkish girl living in Dudley, on a European Voluntary Service programme. She has lived and studied in Spain, and travelled around much of Europe. Esma has offered to share her language skills in a Trade School Dudley class during Do Fest. Her Introduction to Spanish class is 6.00pm-7.00pm on Tuesday 14 March.
